How to transfer files between Mac and Android?
First of all, follow the below steps in your macbook or ipad.
- Download the app Android File Transfer in your macbook or ipad.
- Thereafter, Open AndroidFileTransfer.dmg once the above app has been downloaded.
- Drag this dmg file to Applications.
- Go to Settings
- About Device
- Software Info
- Build Number ( click on the build number until the device developer’s option gets enabled).
- After the message for the enable is received, go back to Settings.
- At the end of the settings, you will see Developer Options’.
- Turn on the Developer Options.
- Again, connect a data cable of the android with Mac device.
- Now, open the Android File Transfer. This will allow you the access to all the files in your android ( Once you set allow when the data cable is paired with the mac).
- Either you drag and drop the required files from mac folder to android folder or vice versa.
